JCALLY JM12 Type-C to 3.5mm DAC Dongle – description
The JCALLY JM12 is a compact USB Type-C to 3.5mm digital audio adapter built around the Quantum Micro KT02H20 DAC chip. It decodes PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD128, and delivers 27.5mW into 32Ω from a 3.5mm single-ended output, so it can drive typical earphones and many headphones directly from a phone, tablet or laptop that lacks a headphone jack.
The dongle has a die-cast aluminium alloy shell with an anodised sandblasted finish and a short silver-plated cable with foil shielding. It supports 3.5mm headsets with an in-line microphone and remote control, making it suitable for calls and gaming as well as music on Android, iOS and Windows devices with USB-C digital audio output.
