7-day replacement warranty
Every product sold by Beat Sync carries a 7-day replacement warranty from the day you receive it. If an IEM, DAC dongle, charger or cable has a manufacturing defect – one side not working, a dead microphone, a charger that does not charge – we replace it.
- Covered: manufacturing defects and dead-on-arrival units.
- Not covered: physical damage, water damage, burnt or cut cables, and normal wear of eartips.
- Keep the box and accessories; the replacement is exchanged for the complete set.
To claim, send your order number and a short video of the problem on WhatsApp. We arrange pickup or exchange within Dhaka, and courier exchange for the rest of Bangladesh.

Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. You can pay the delivery charge together with the product on cash-on-delivery orders.
Return & refund
Changed your mind? Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once the product reaches us in its original condition we refund the product price to your bKash / Nagad / bank account within 3 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable on change-of-mind returns. Defective items are handled under the warranty above, at no cost to you.
